This Privacy Policy describes how Drift Atlas (the "app"), released by gymharks.com, processes information. It is applicable solely to the Android version of the app.
Information we collect
Drift Atlas neither collects, stores, nor transmits personal data to gymharks.com or to any server under our control.
The app provides no user accounts and includes no analytics or third‑party crash reporting tools.
Advertising and tracking
The application does not access the Android Advertising ID (AD_ID). It contains no advertising SDKs and no external tracking mechanisms.
We do not sell, exchange, or otherwise share personal data.
Device permissions
Permissions are requested only when a specific feature requires them, and any information involved is processed locally on your device.

You may revoke any granted permission at any time via Android Settings.
Data stored on your device
All data saved by the app remains on your device, never leaving it, and is removed when you uninstall the app or clear its data in Android Settings.
Third-party services
The app does not embed third‑party services directly. Google Play and Android operate under their respective privacy policies.
Children's privacy
The app is not intended for children under 13 (COPPA) and does not knowingly collect data from minors. Where the legal age of digital consent in your jurisdiction exceeds 13, that higher age applies. Parents may contact ruby3cchandler@gmail.com with any inquiries.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, to object to processing, or to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
Under the CCPA/CPRA you may request disclosure and deletion of personal information and may opt out of any sale. We do not sell or share personal information.
Because no data is collected, deleting it simply requires uninstalling the app. We respond to email requests within a reasonable period, up to 30 days.
Data retention
We retain no user data. If you contact us by email, we use your message solely to provide a response.
Security
Your information stays on your device and is protected by Android’s security mechanisms. No system is entirely foolproof, so we keep the app minimal and avoid gathering unnecessary data.
Changes to this policy
Should this policy be updated, the revised version will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date.
